What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

Our MOQ is 200 m². For project-based orders, send us your venue size and we will prepare a tailored proposal.

Can you provide samples?

Yes. Samples are free of charge — the buyer covers the shipping cost. Custom color samples are available on request.

What is the production lead time?

Around 10 days after deposit for standard colors, depending on quantity and season.

What are your payment terms?

T/T with a 30% deposit and the balance before shipment.

Do you support installation?

We provide installation manuals, videos and remote guidance; on-site technical support can be arranged for stadium-level projects.

Which certifications do your products hold?
