Turf Adhesive
Two-component modified polyurethane adhesive for artificial turf seams, backing and cushioning layers.
Applicable Scope
Artificial turf seams and backing, cushioning layers and golf hitting mat assemblies. Also suitable for bonding artificial turf and seaming tape to cement and asphalt substrates. Confirm suitability for the specific materials before project use.

SEC.02 / PERFORMANCE TESTINGWATER & ALKALI RESISTANCE
45-day alkaline immersion test
In the manufacturer's 45-day test, cured adhesive on concrete was immersed in a pH 11 alkaline solution. No reduction in bonding strength was reported under these test conditions.
Samples were cured for 3 days at 26°C and 60% relative humidity before immersion.

Product Information
Application time depends on temperature, substrate and installation conditions. Store both components tightly sealed in a dry place and protect against moisture and rain.

Application Process
SEC.04 / INSTALLATION01
Prepare
Prepare the substrate and confirm compatibility with the turf backing and seaming tape.

Mix
Stir Component B until uniform before adding Component A. Mix thoroughly using a mixer. The specified A:B mixing ratio is 1:8 by weight. Empty the Component A container completely when mixing a full set.

Apply
Spread the mixed adhesive evenly using a trowel. Use within 25 minutes after mixing.
04
Lay & Press
Lay the artificial turf and press firmly into place before the adhesive begins to set. In hot summer conditions, complete laying within 25 minutes after mixing. Keep the materials in a cool place protected from rain.
